摘 要:对一种高强线材进行了等温铅浴热模拟,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度测试等手段研究了等温铅浴过程中的显微组织、珠光体片层间距和显微硬度的变化。结果表明,随着等温温度降低,材料的索氏体明显增多,珠光体片长度变短,珠光体域的边界更模糊;珠光体片层的倒数与过冷度呈近似线性关系。要保证珠光体片层约120 nm,对应的保温温度约653℃。Hot simulation of isothermal lead bath for a high strength wire rod was carried out. Changes of microstructure, lamellae spacing and microhardness of pearlite in the isothermal lead bath process were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and micro-hardness test. The results show that with the decrease of the isothermal temperature, the sorbite in the material increases obviously, the length of the pearlite lamellae becomes shorter and the boundary of pearlite domain is more obscure; the relationship between the reciprocal of pearlite lamellae and the degree of super cooling is approximate linear. To ensure that the pearlite layer is about 120 nm, the corresponding holding temperature is about 653 ℃.
