摘 要:通过添加Mo、Cr、W等合金元素制备了热作模具钢样品。分析了淬火温度和回火温度对热作模具钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,1095℃淬火/30 min+610℃/60 min回火后的热作模具钢样品性能较佳,其抗拉强度为1945MPa,屈服强度为1545.7 MPa,硬度值为56.7 HRC,冲击韧性值为12.32 J/cm2。微观分析显示,样品内部组织非常均匀,组织主要以马氏体和粒状碳化物为主,同时还存在少量残余奥氏体。The hot work die steel samples were prepared by adding Mo, Cr, W and other alloying elements. Effects of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on mechanical properties of hot work die steel were analyzed. The results show that properties of hot work die steel samples aider quenching of 1095 ℃/30min and then tempering of 610 ℃/60 min are the best, the tensile strength is 1945 MPa, the yield strength is 1545.7 MPa, hardness is 56.7 HRC and impact toughness is 12.32 J/cm2. Microscopic analysis shows that the internal microstructure of the sample is very uniform, microstructures are mainly composed ofmartensite and granular carbides, at the same time there is a small amount of residual austenite.
