摘  要:2A14铝合金锻环经粗加工后发现两处裂纹缺陷。对缺陷处取样并进行了断口形貌观察、能谱分析及金相组织分析,对该锻环生产过程进行了分析。结果表明,锻环的开裂模式为塑性开裂,裂纹源位于次表面,是在冷变形过程中产生的局部开裂,在后期的存放及机加工过程中进一步扩展,形成了宏观裂纹。Two crack defects were found after rough machining of2A 14 aluminum alloy forged ring. The defect location was sampled, and the observation of fracture morphology,energy spectrum analysis and metallorgraphic structure analysis were carried out. The ibrged ring production process was analyzed. Thc results indicate that the cracking mode of forged rings is plastic cracking, the source of crack is at the subsurface, and local cracking is produced during cold deformation, so further expands in the storage and machining process of late, macro-cracks are formed.
