摘　　要：‘西州密24号’为中早熟优质杂交厚皮甜瓜新品种。果实高圆形,平均单果质量1.5 kg,果面黄底,网纹细密。果肉橘红,肉质细、脆,淡果香,风味好,肉厚3.5~4.0 cm,中心可溶性固形物含量17.0%~19.0%。全生育期85 d,果实发育期40 d左右,产量45 t·hm^(-2)。较抗白粉病,较耐贮运。＇Xizhoumi 24＇is a new mid-early maturing muskmelon hybrid culivar with superior quality. The fruit weight is about 1.5 kg. The fruit is oval and its skin is yellow with fine netting. The flesh is orange and crisp texture,sweet taste,the flesh thickness is 3.5–4.0 cm,the center soluble solids content is 17.0%–19.0%. The whole growth period is about 85 days and the fruit development period is 40 days. The yield is 45 t · hm^-2. It is resistant to powdery mildew and storage and transportation.
