摘 要:通信装备备件管理问题是决定通信保障部队保障效率的重要因素之一。在当前军事行动背后的经济因素越发重要的形势下,如何更加合理地确定在二级保障点内的备件数量成为必须研究的问题。因此,选择运筹学中存储论的相关模型作为备件管理问题研究模型,并与军事实际结合,提出诸多切合野战环境的分类满意度评价指标。具体地,野战条件实际与存储论的数学模型相结合,引入分类满意度评价指标,最终得出一种适合野战通信装备备件保障的计算模型。最后,以模拟野战环境条件下的保障点备件保障问题为算例,分析验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。The space-part management of communication equipment is one of important factors to ensure the efficiency of communications support forces, and in the conditions that the economic factor behind the current military action becomes more and more important, how to reasonably determine the spare-part quantity in the 2nd-level support centre now becomes a must-be-studied. In view of this, with relevant model of storage theory in operational research as the research model of spare-part management, and combined with the military practice, multiple satisfaction evaluation indicators suitable for field environment are proposed. Specifically, by combing the field conditions with the mathematical model of storage theory, and introducing the classification satisfaction indexes,the calculation model of spare-part support for field communication equipment is ultimately acquired. Finally, experiment and analysis on spare-part support in field environment indicate the practical and effectiveness of the proposed method.
