摘 要:在单掺磷酸钠与苯丙乳液改善氯氧镁水泥耐水性的基础上,复掺磷酸钠与苯丙乳液,能够显著提高氯氧镁水泥的耐水性能。结果显示,单掺磷酸钠能够提高氯氧镁水泥的耐水性,但是缓凝严重,掺量不宜过高。单掺苯丙乳液几乎没有改性效果,甚至起反作用。复掺磷酸钠与苯丙乳液,耐水效果优于单掺,当磷酸钠掺量为1%,苯丙乳液掺量为8%时,软化系数达到0.93,耐水性能最佳。On the basis of the modification of water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) with sodium phosphate and styrene-acrylic emulsion respectively,then the sodium phosphate and styrene-acrylic emulsion were compound added to improve the water resistance of MOC.The results show that sodium phosphate can improve the water resistance of MOC ,but the retarding action was very se- rious.So the amount of sodium phosphate should not be too high.Styrene-acrylic emulsion had no apparent modification effect to MOC, or even had the reverse effect.Compared to single mixed, compounding sodium phosphate and styrene-acrylic emulsion to MOC had the bet- ter water resistanc.When the amount of sodium phosphate was 1% and styrene-acrylic emulsion was 8% ,the modified MOC had the high softening coefficient.Its softening coefficient was up to 0.93.It had the best water resistance.
