摘 要:通过低温煅烧和增钙的方法对未自燃煤矸石进行活性激发,研究了不同煅烧温度和增钙条件下煤矸石粉的活性差异;并利用活性效应分析方法研究了增钙低烧煤矸石的胶凝活性,以及活化煤矸石掺量对水泥胶凝活性的影响。研究结果表明,当煅烧温度在500~700℃之间时,煤矸石粉的活性随着温度升高而增大;煤矸石粉通过增钙煅烧可以提高活性,活化后与矿渣复掺效果更佳。煤矸石的增钙煅烧可以促进偏高岭土等活化物质的生成是其胶凝活性改善的根本原因。Experimental research on active excitation ofnoncombustion gangue, after low temperature calcination and adding calcium, was carried out.Under different calcination temperatures and adding not calcium atom, difference in activity of coal gangue powder was studied.Cementitious activity of cold coal gangue mixed with calcium and the effect of mixing amount of activated coal-gangue on cemen- titious activity of cement was studied by analyzing active effect.Based on these, the intensity variation of cold coal gangue mixed with cal- cium and slag powder cementitious material was studied.The results indicate that activity of coal gangue in different low temperature calci- nation improved as temperature increased.Activity of noncombustion gangue adding calcium is better, especially composited with slag.It concluded that noncombustion gangue after low temperature calcination and adding calcium can promote development of activation sub- stance like metakaolin, which can improve its cementitious activity.
