摘 要:湿喷混凝土相比干喷混凝土具有高强度、低回弹的优点,但因其一次性投入成本较高,成为制约湿喷技术在巷道支护中推广应用的重要因素之一。针对这一问题进行不同当量厚度的湿喷混凝土与干喷混凝土支护效应研究:分析数值模拟支护时围岩应力、变形量及变形规律,并与作业现场实测支护效应对比。研究结果表明在满足巷道支护设计要求的前提下,采用湿喷混凝土能够明显的改善巷道围岩应力分布和减少巷道变形量;同时湿喷混凝土取代干喷混凝土可减少喷层当量厚度,降低实际材料成本,提高经济效益,研究成果可为在类似条件下推广湿喷混凝土技术提供参考。The advantages of wet shotcrete compared to the dry with high strength and low springback, however, because of the high cost of one-time investment,which become one of the important factors of wet spraying technology in roadway in application.In view of this problem,research the effect of wet sprayed concrete with different equivalent thickness on the supporting effect of dry shotcrete the analysis of numerical simulation analysis of supporting rock stress and deformation regularity, then compared with the support effect of field operation.The research results show that the wet shotcrete technology can improve the stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock and reduce the deformation of roadway under the premise of meeting the design requirements of roadway support.At the same time,wet sprayed concrete can reduce the thickness of the layer,which makes the wet sprayed concrete has lower comprehensive cost and higher economic benefits than dry sprayed concrete.The research results can provide reference for the popularization of wet shotcrete technology in similar conditions.
