摘  要:基于体视学原理,详细介绍了采用Image Por-plus软件对再生保温混凝土中保温骨料(玻化微珠)图像分析步骤,计算得到图像分析时混凝土的最小样本数为2,满足图像分析保温骨料的准确性和可操作性。研究表明:粒径为300~600μm的玻化微珠在再生保温混凝土含量最大(约为45.5%),搅拌时玻化微珠的破碎率约为19.1%,Image Por-plus软件可以快速计算出保温骨料多种特征参数,可对再生保温混凝土传热性能的后续研究提供帮助。Based on the principles of stereology, image analysis method for insulation aggregate (glazed hollow bead) at recycled aggre- gate thermal insulation concrete (RATIC) was described in detail by Image Pore-plus software.The minimum sample size of RATIC was two by calculating and meet the accuracy and maneuverability with image analysis of insulation aggregate.Research shows that the diameter 300-600μm vitrified beads in regenerative insulation concrete content is the largest, about as 45.5%, and broken rate of glazed hollow bead is about 19.1%.The Image Pore-plus software can quickly calculate the multiple characteristic parameters of insulation aggregate, and it also offers to help to the research of macroscopic insulating property of RATIC in the future.
