摘 要:从后实证主义的理念出发,通过客观效果、主观福祉、伦理价值来评价政策执行者对民族教育重大政策的实施效果。调查发现,民族教育重大政策的实施效果较好,不仅政策的科学性、合理性较强,政策目标也已部分达成,政策执行者对政策的满意度和知晓度较好,普遍认为政策应继续保留。但这些政策也存在一些问题,包括执行中的监督不力会加深人们的不公平感、"一刀切"的政策标准会离间政策的科学性、少数民族学生及家庭文化资本再生产的能力依旧比较弱、会让学生形成等靠要的懒惰思想、会降低政府效率等,需通过进一步关注民族教育政策的特殊性和公平性来修正与完善这些政策。From the concept of post - positivism, by policy executors should be evaluated from objective the effects of implementing major policies of ethnic education effects, subjective well- being and ethical value. The sur-- vey finds that the implementation effect of major policies of ethnic education is comparatively good. The respondents to the survey agreed that the policies are scientific and rational, and the policy objectives have been partially a- chieved. The survey also finds that the policy executors have a good awareness and understanding of the policies, and they believe that the policies should be continued. However, there are still some problems existing in the poli- cies. For instance, the ineffective supervision in implementation will deepen the sense of unfairness ; the criteria of one policy for all will deviate it from being scientific, weaken the reproduction capacity of cultural capital belong to the minority students and family, and results in the laziness of students and inefficiency of government. To solve the above mentioned problems, it is necessary to pay further attention to the specialty and equality of ethnic education policies to amend and improve them
