摘  要:高考制度恢复40年来,坚持促进公平、科学选才的基本原则,按照供给侧改革的模式,推动制度变迁和发展,基本形成了相对完整的考试招生体系。高考制度改革以统一招生考试为基础,在政策供给上,陆续推出了委培生、保送生、自主选拔录取、高中学业水平考试等举措,丰富了制度的结构和功能;在技术供给上,不断改革考试内容,创新分数形式,改进命题技术,加强信息化建设,提高了制度的价值和效益。进一步推进高考制度供给侧改革,需要提高供给与需求的适应性,增强政策与措施的有效性。In the past 40 years since restoration, sticking to the principles of promoting fair and scientific talents selection, College Entrance Examination (CEE) by the means of Supply-side Reform has formed a relatively complete system of assessment and enrollment. Base on unified entrance examination, on the policy supplying side, CEE reform introduced policies such as job-directed candidate enrollment, test- free admission, autonomous selection and admission, high school achievement test, etc., diversifying CEE's structure and functions. Meanwhile, the value and effectiveness of CEE have been emphasized by supplying technologies in test content setting, interpretations of test scores, test design and development, and information construction, etc. To promote further supply-side reform of CEE, it is urgent to improve the adaptability of supply and demand, and enhance the effectiveness of policies and measures.
