“一带一路”背景下福建高校国际化办学现状及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国高校办学国际化日益频繁、深入,高校国际化办学水平不一、定位不够清晰、师资队伍薄弱、资金支持不足、管理经验缺乏等问题日渐凸显。为持续推进福建高校办学国际化发展向纵深发展,本文对国内高校特别是福建高校的国际化办学现状进行分析,提出了提升办学国际化能力建设和制度建设以夯实高校基础,突出"五缘"特色、陈嘉庚精神以凝聚"海上丝绸之路"沿线国家华侨,以及福建高校如何分工协作、纵横多元组合等建议,为"一带一路"大背景下福建高校办学国际化提供支撑。With the internationalization development of Chinese universities, problems such as uneven quality, unclear orientation, weak faculty teams, fund sufficiency, management absence appeared. To promote the internationalization of Fujian universities, the paper analyzed the current situation of internationalization of Fujian universities, proposed to enhance globalization competence and establish mechanisms to lay foundation, highlighted the five edges features and Tan Kah Kee spirit to gather overseas Chinese in countries along Maritime Silk Road, and gave advices on division labor as well as vertical and horizontal multiple combination, providing support for Fujian universities internationalization in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative.
