摘　　要：本文总结了荷兰高等教育质量保障体系的演变历程,分析了荷兰现有质量保障体系的特点,并对其与荷兰高校、学科发展之间的关系进行了探析。通过比较研究,以期对我国高等教育如何结合"双一流"推进质量保障体系建设提供参考与借鉴。This article summarized the development history of the higher education quality assurance system in the Netherlands, analyzed the characteristics of current quality assurance system, and explored the relationship between universities and discipline development. Via comparison, tried to provide references for China＇s higher education quality assurance development in the background of Double First-Class construction.
