养正消积胶囊联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率均位居前列,对人类健康构成严重威胁。本研究探讨养正消积胶囊联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法选取2014-06-01-2016-06-30就诊于威海市立医院化疗科晚期胃癌患者60例。随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用养正消积胶囊联合XELOX方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)与XELOX方案治疗,2个周期后比较临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗有效率为53.3%,对照组为43.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);KPS改善率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应(胃肠道反应)的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌可明显降低治疗过程中不良反应的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with XELOX regimen on advanced gastric cancer.METHODS Sixty patients with advanced gastriccancer were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in treatment group were treated with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with XELOX regimen,30 patients in controlgroup were treated with XELOX regimen.The clinical effects were evaluated after two cycles of treatments.RESULTS The effective rate was 53.3%in treatment group and 43.3%in control group.The difference was notstatistically significant（P〉0.05）.Improvement rate of KPS scores in treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Yangzhengxiaojicapsule combined with XELOX regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,and improve the patient quality of life.
