冰冻调质对活性污泥脱水性能的影响

摘  要:以污泥沉降性能、比阻(SRF)、分形维数(Df)、粒径(d0.5)等作为评价污泥脱水性能的参考指标,研究了冰冻解冻调质对污水厂活性污泥脱水性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明:污泥冰冻调质后,污泥比阻和分形维数均随冰冻时间的延长呈先下降后上升的趋势,粒径反之。在-20℃、16 h时,污泥比阻可由原来的2.27×10^(13)m·kg^(-1)降为5.4×10^(12)m·kg^(-1),比阻明显变小,污泥过滤性能显著提高;在-20℃下冰冻20 h后,Df和d0.5达到最值,Df由原来的2.25下降为2.09,d0.5由43.36μm增大到231.78μm,此时污泥密实度较低,结构较为松散。从多元线性模型拟合结果可知污泥特性参数d0.5、Df对SRF均有显著影响。综上可知在-20℃、16 h^20 h污泥脱水性能较好。The effects of freeze-thaw conditioning on the dewatering performance of activated sludge were investi- gated by means of sedimentation performance, specific resistance to filtration (SRF), fractal dimension, and sludge particulate distribution. The results indicate that SRF and fractal dimension improved to begin with, and then decreased. Sludge particulate distribution changed when the sludge was conditioned for different freezing times at different temperatures. With a freezing time of 16 h under -20 ℃ , the SRF decreased significantly from 2.27 × 10^13 m · kg^-1 to 5.4 × 1012 m· kg^-1 and the filtration performance of sludge improved significantly. With a freezing time of 20 h under - 20 ℃ , the compactness of sludge was the lowest and the structure most loose while the fractal dimension decreased from 2.25 to 2.09. Median particle size increased from 43.36 μm to 231.78 μm. Multivariate linear model fitting shows that d05 and Df are significantly correlated with SRF. In conclusion, dewatering performance was improved with freezing time and temperature of 16-20 h and -20 ℃ respec- tively.
