摘 要:采用非离子聚醚与丙烯酸高分子为原料,质量比为1:1~2:1,小分子醚质量分数为2%~5%,合成了高温匀染剂TW,并将其用于超细涤纶染色。研究了高温匀染剂TW对分散染料得色率、匀染性、移染性、分散性和色牢度的影响。结果表明,超细纤维匀染剂TW与市售TF-201处理效果相当,具有优良的缓染性、移染性和高温分散性,且对织物色牢度影响较小。The high temperature leveling agent TW is synthesized with nonionic polyether and polyacrylic acid as raw materials with the mass ratio of 1:1-2:1 and small molecules ether of 2%-5%, and then is applied to disperse dyeing of super-fine polyester. Influences of TW on the color yield, levelling property, migration property, dispersion property of disperse dyes and color fastness are discussed. The results show that the processing effect of TW is quite similar with that of TF-201. TW has excellent retarding and migration abilities, and high temperature dispersion property with a little effect on the color fastness.
