摘  要:本文介绍了宝钢三烧结大修改造600 m^2烧结机的设计特点,该工程在设计过程中吸收消化了大量优秀烧结工程经验,采用了一系列高效节能环保新技术,如大型化烧结机技术、超高料层烧结技术、立置环保型筛分技术、环冷余热高效利用技术和活性炭烟气净化技术等。该工程的设计与实施对将来烧结工程进一步大型化、现代化、钢铁工业循环经济以及可持续发展道路的发展具有重要的指导意义。This article introduced the engineering features of the No. 3 sintering machine renewal and reformation project of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. During the designing process, a series of new energy saving and environmental friendly technologies were adopted, along with valuable experience from other excellent sintering projects. For instance, large scale sinter machine technology; ultrahigh and thick sinter bed technology; vertical type environmental designed screening technology; efficient utilization of cooler machine' s afterheat technology, and flue gas multi-pollutants simultaneous purification with activated carbon technology. The engineering design and implement of this project has great guiding significance on the future enlargement and modernization sinter project, as well as developing a circular economy pattern. This implies great meaning on building a sustainable path in iron and steel industory.
