摘 要:对镁质熔剂性球团性能及其原料特性进行了分析评价。依托现有原料条件,进行了镁质熔剂性球团的生产。结果表明,铁精粉及添加剂性能均能满足生产要求,其中,矿粉3中SiO_2含量仅为1.32%,Mg O含量3.33%,但粒度较粗,因此,配比不宜太高。与普通酸性球团相比,镁质熔剂性球团冶金性能得到全面改善,还原性提高9.7%,还原膨胀指数降低5%,荷重软化开始温度和终了温度分别提高27℃和28℃,开始滴落温度提高25℃,滴落区间降低33℃,特征值降低到240 k Pa·℃。The properties of magnesian fluxed pellets and raw materials were tested and evaluated. With current raw materials, the magnesian fluxed pellets were manufactured. The results showed that the properties of powdered iron and additive can both meet production requirement. The SiO2 content of fine ore 3 was only 1.32% and the MgO content was 3.33%. However, the ratio of fine ore 3, which has coarse granularity, should not be so high. Compared to the normal acid pellets, the properties of magnesian fluxed pellets were totally improved. The reduction index was increased by 9.7% , the reduction swelling index was decreased by 5%, the initial and final softening temperature with load were increased by 27℃ and 28℃ respectively, the start dropping temperature was increased by 25℃, the dropping temperature range was decreased 33℃ , and the characteristic: value was lowered to 240 kPa·℃.
