摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法在不同柠檬酸量和干燥温度下制备了Ce^(3+)掺杂的TAG荧光粉,同时研究了Ce^(3+)掺杂浓度对TAG粉体性能的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸的量和干燥温度对TAG荧光性能有重要影响。在180℃下干燥,有效去除了前驱体中的结合水,从而降低了TAG相的转变温度,TAG最大相转变温度出现在877.5℃;提高柠檬酸的量能有效减少颗粒的团聚,从而增强粉体的荧光性能;TAG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉的发光强度随着Ce^(3+)浓度的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最优掺杂摩尔分数为1%,对应的最大发射波长为534 nm。The Ce^3+doped terbium aluminum garnet( Tb_3Al_5O_(12)∶ Ce,TAG: Ce) phosphor was prepared by sol-gel method with different amount of citric acid in drying tempereture. The effects of Ce^3+doped concentration on the emission intensity,maximum emission band of the TAG: Ce phosphor were also discussed in detail. The result showed that the amount of citric acid and drying temperature could affect the luminescent properties of the TAG:Ce phosphor. The molecular water was removed by drying at 180 ℃,which brings a good sintering activity. Due to its good sintering activity,the temperature of maximum phase transition of TAG was observed at a lower temperature of 877. 5 ℃. The emission intensity first increased and then decreased with the inereasing of the concentration of Ce^3+. The optimum doping concentration of Ce^3+for the TAG:Ce phosphor was about 1% corresponding to the highest emission intensity at 534 nm.
