摘　　要：研究个体在群体决策中的个体影响力将有助于分析决策的演化过程,为管理提供帮助。用个体在网络中的节点所处的位置、节点自身的属性等来衡量个体在群体中的影响力。在现有的复杂网络中节点重要度的测定方法的基础上,根据群体决策网络的特性加以完善和改进,测算出个体影响力的大小,并找出群体决策复杂网络上的关键元,为建立复杂网络下的群体决策模型提供依据,以期能更真实和更全面地描述决策者在群体决策中的真实行为。Studies of individual influence in decision-making process will help to analyze the evolution of the decision making and provide help to management. In this paper,Individual Influence on group decision making was measured with the location of individual nodes in the network and the attributes of the nodes. Based on the existing measuring method of network node importance in the complex network,together with the characteristics of group decision network,individual influence index was calculated and the key element in group decisions in the complex network was then identified,providing the basis for the establishment of group decision model under complex network,with a view to a more realistic and more fully described real decision-making behavior of decision makers.
