摘 要:针对高速开关阀响应不够高、流量输出小的问题,利用新型压电晶体—弛豫型铁电(PMNT)的逆压电效应原理,将PMNT制作成大流量高速开关阀的驱动器,以此提高开关阀的响应速度。分析了PMNT驱动器的结构和工作原理,采用AMESim对PMNT驱动器进行建模并研究了PMNT的逆压电效应,同时采用类似并联阀的双阀芯结构增大出口流量,运用AMESim平台对其整个液压系统进行研究,比较了不同占空比下PWM脉冲信号及压力源对高速开关阀出口流量和压力变化的影响。该新型高速开关阀能够满足高速、大流量要求。A new type of piezoelectric large flow high-speed on/off electric machine driver piezoelectric was made of crystal-relaxation ferroelectric( PMNT) by using the new type of PMNT inverse piezoelectric effect theory. The PMNT driver was modeled and PMNT inverse piezoeletric effect was studied with AMESim. Meanwhile,the two spools of valve structure instead of single spool were used to increase the flow of oil. The whole hydraulic system was studied by using AMESim platform,and different duty ratios of PWM pulse signal on the high-speed on/off valve outlet flow and pressure and different pressure sources on the outlet flow and pressure were compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the valve can realize high speed and large flow output.
