摘 要:为研究O_2/CO_2作为气化剂在褐煤地下气化过程中的气化效果,通过地下气化模型试验系统,分别对比了O_2/CO_2和O_2/Air这2种气化方式的炉内温度场分布、出口煤气组成以及污染物排放效果,并对O_2/CO_2气化方式所产生的CO_2减排量进行了计算。试验结果表明:高浓度CO_2的存在可以延长气化时间,使炉内温度场向垂直方向分布;含氧体积分数60%时,O_2/CO_2和O_2/Air气化速率相近,温度变化相似,并能获得最大的出口煤气热值;含氧体积分数为40%时O_2/CO_2气化可以获得最大的CO_2减排量,比O_2/Air气化减少燃煤量40%左右;在整个气化过程中,O_2/CO_2气化比O_2/Air气化可以显著降低H2S和NH3的排放量。In order to study the effect of O_2/CO_2 as gasification agent in underground coal gasification(UCG),temperature field,gas composition and pollution emission were contrasted in two ways of O_2/CO_2 and O_2/Air gasification experiment on a model test of UCG plant,at the same time,CO_2 emission reduction were calculated for O_2/CO_2 gasification. The result shows that high content of CO_2 will extend the gasification time and make the temperature field be distributed along the axial way; the gasification rate and temperature change is nearly the same when the content of O_2 is 60% in two ways,and the heat value of gas is extremely high in the O_2/CO_2gasification; it is calculated that CO_2 emission reduction can reach the biggest value for O_2/CO_2 gasification when O_2 content is 40%,and the number of coal-burning will reduced by 40% than O_2/Air gasification. The emission of H2 S and NH3 can be scientifically decreased in O_2/CO_2 gasification than that of O_2/Air gasification.
