论习近平“命运共同体”外交战略思想及时代价值

摘　　要：习近平的"命运共同体"外交战略是马克思主义外交观和中国特色社会主义外交实践相结合的最新成果。内在逻辑包含着三重维度:历史维度,"命运共同体"是对中国领导人外交战略思想的新时期的继承和创新;价值维度,"命运共同体"肩负着国富民强的"中国梦"和和平发展的"地球梦"的历史使命;实践维度,"命运共同体"在和衷共济、合作共赢的道路上指导着中国外交与世界一体。习近平"命运共同体"外交战略思想必将指导中国开拓外交新局面。Xi Jinping＇s ＂Community of Destiny＂ diplomatic strategy is the latest achievement of the combination of Marx＇s diplomatic theory with Chinese characteristics socialist diplomatic practice. The internal logic contains three dimensions, the historical dimension, the ＂community of destiny＂ is the inheritance and innovation of the new period of China＇s diplomatic strategic thought; the value dimension, the ＂community of destiny＂ shoulders the historical mission of ＂Chinese dream＂ of wealthy and strong coun- try and ＂the earth dream＂ of the peaceful development; the practice dimension, the ＂community of destiny＂ guides Chinese diplomacy and world development in the way of win-win cooperation work together with one heart. Xi Jinping＇s ＂destiny community＂ diplomatic strategy thought will guide China to open up a new situation of diplomacy.
