摘　　要：我国社会组织发展起步较晚,发育不健全。传统的社会组织发展路径——自上而下和自下而上两种路径中存在固有的弊端。近年来政府购买公共服务的兴起为社会组织发展提供了区别于传统路径又综合传统路径优势的新路径——政府购买公共服务。新路径的出现以及由此路径来培育社会组织、帮助社会组织发展对实现社会治理体系和治理能力现代化十分重要。Because of late starting and imperfect development of society organization in China, it is very important to improve the situation of society organization so as to contribute to governance. In recent years, our government has relied on social organiza- tions to deliver government-funded services, which is the widespread and growing practice in countries throughout the world. It＇ s a great chance for the development of social organizations. The good development of society organization is important to Chinese modern governance.
