Duffy抗原趋化因子受体表达水平与外周血白细胞计数以及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨红细胞Duffy抗原趋化因子受体(DARC)表达与外周血白细胞计数(WBC)以及[中性粒细胞(NEU)/淋巴细胞(LY)]比值(NLR)的相关性。方法:使用血细胞计数仪检测健康人群血常规;使用流式细胞术检测外周血红细胞DARC的表达水平。结果:红细胞DARC的表达水平与外周血中WBC、NEU、LY百分率、单核细胞计数(MONO)、单核细胞百分率(MONO%)无相关性(P>0.05);红细胞DARC的表达水平与LY呈正相关性(P<0.05);红细胞DARC的表达水平与NEU百分率、NLR呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:红细胞DARC的表达水平与外周血中NEU百分率、LY、NLR有关。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of erythrocyte Duffy antigen receptor for chemokines（DARC） and peripheral blood white blood cell（WBC）and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio （NLR）. Method：The samples were collected from the healthy donors. The expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and blood routine test were tested. Result：The correlation between the expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and WBC, neutrophil （ NEU）, lymphocyte percentage （ LY% ）, monocyte （ MONO）, monocyte percentage （ MONO M ） were not observed（P〉0.05）. There was positive correlation between the expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and lymphocyte（LY） （P〈0.05）. There were negative correlation between the expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and neutrophil percentage （NEU % ） and NLR （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： There were correlation between the expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and NEU% LY, NLR.
