丙肝患者Duffy抗原趋化因子受体多态性与白细胞计数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究丙型肝炎患者Duffy抗原趋化因子受体(DARC)rs12075多态性与白细胞计数的相关性。方法:选取245例丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染患者,进行外周血白细胞计数,使用TaqMan-MGB探针Realtime PCR技术对其进行DARC rs12075多态性检测。比较各组不同基因型患者白细胞计数是否存在差异有统计学意义。结果:丙型肝炎患者存在FY*A/FY*A和FY*A/FY*B两种基因型,FY*A/FY*A和FY*A/FY*B基因型患者中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在HCV感染患者中,当红细胞上表达Duffy抗原时,等位基因FY*A与FY*B对于血液中白细胞的数量是没有影响的。Objective：To investigate the correlation between DARC rs12075 polymorphism of Duffy antigen receptor for chemokines （DARC）and white blood cell count in hepatitis C virus-infected patients. Method： A total of g45 patients were recruited. White blood cell count was detected. The samples were genotyped by TaqMan minor groove bindingprobeson a real-time PCR platform. The white blood cell count data between FY＊ A/FY： A and FY＊ A/FY＊ Bpatients in each groupwas compared. Result： All the P values were greater than 0.05, the differences were not significant. Conclusion：When the Duffy antigens express on red blood cells, the allele FY＊ A or FY＊ Bdo not influence the white blood cellcount.
