摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析2010-01-2015-12临床应用冷沉淀情况,了解冷沉淀临床使用量、增长率及其合理性,为冷沉淀的制备及指导临床医生合理应用提供依据,进一步规范安全、有效、合理使用冷沉淀。方法:利用临床输血管理系统对西京医院6年临床应用冷沉淀情况进行数据分析。结果:冷沉淀用量呈现逐年快速增长,2015年比2010年增长了91.1%,不符合输血指征21.15%。结论:冷沉淀使用量逐年上升,广泛应用于临床疾病的救治,但使用前没有评估较常见,医生仅凭经验输注。故应加强临床输注冷沉淀的监管及合理使用的培训,节约有限的血液资源。Objective：To retrospectively analyze the clinical cryoprecipitate transfusion in Xijing hospital in recent 6 years, in order to provide the base for the reasonable transfusion and improve the cryoprecipitate preparation. Method： All hospitalized patients who received cryoprecipitate transfusion from January 2010 to December 2015 were investigated. The management system of clinical transfusion was employed to analysis of the data about the cryoprecipitate transfusion. Result： Year-by-year, the amounts of cryoprecipitate were rapidly raised. The rate of cryoprecipitate transfusion had increased by 91.1 % from 2010 to 2015. The unreasonable use rate of cryoprecip itate was 21.15%0. Conclusion：The amounts of cryoprecipitate were increased in the 6 years, but at the same time, the unreasonable use rate of cryoprecipitate was also high, which may be due to the doctor＇s experience. So, the transfusion management of cryoprecipitate should be strengthened in clinical uses, and the further training about reasonable transfusion should be carry out.
