宝鸡市2009-2015年无偿献血者HIV初筛及确认试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV感染情况,制定防控措施,进一步降低经血传播HIV的风险。方法:收集2009-2015年无偿献血者抗-HIV/HIV-P24初筛和确认检测数据,进行统计分析。结果:2009-2015年宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV初筛反应率0.27%(796/293 082),确认阳性率0.017%(49/293 082),确认阳性符合率6.16%(49/796);HIV阳性标本的ELISA检测S/CO中高值:85.71%,低值:14.29%;WB条带分布为:gp160、gp120、gp41、p66和p24各100%;p51:97.96%;p31:95.92%;p55:83.67%;p17:91.84%;p39:81.63%。结论:宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV感染仍在低水平流行;献血者确认的HIV阳性者以ELISA高、中S/CO值为主且多含8条以上WB带型;制定科学合理的献血招募策略,避免从高危人士中采集血液,能最大程度保证血液安全。Objective：To understand the infection status of HIV virus of voluntary blood donors in Baoji, and make prevention and control measures（methods） to further reduce the risk of blood transmission of HIV. Method： The data of anti - HIV/HIV P24 screening test and confirmatory test of blood donors from 2009 to 2015 in Baoji were collected and analyzed. Result：During 2009 to 2015, the positive rate of the first time HIV screening test in blood donors of Baoji was 0.27% （796/293 082）, positive rate of confirmatory test was 0. 017% （49/293 082）, and the coincidence positive rate was 6.16% （49/796）. The S/CO results in ELISA test of those HIV positive samples, high value accounted for 85.71% and low value accounted for 14.29%; WB band distribution was： gpl60, gp120, gp41, p66 and p24 each 100%; pS1：97.96%; p31：95.92% ; plT：91.84%;p55：83.67%;p39： 81.63%. Conclusion： HIV infection population of blood donors in Baoji is still in low level. HIV positive confirmed donors had priority to those with S/CO high values and more than 8 WB belts. To formulate scientific and reasonable blood donation recruiting strategy, and avoid collect blood from the high risk people could ensure the safety of blood to the greatest extent.
