摘  要:为简化切向内置式永磁电机的生产工艺,介绍一种具有间隔磁桥的新型转子,并通过分段错位的方式削除随之产生的单向漏磁,以避免转轴的磁性。借助于有限元方法,对不同磁桥的设计进行电机转矩性能的进一步比较分析,推论出该种设计的性能简化计算方法,以避免复杂的三维(3D)有限元计算。此外,在高转速运行条件下对该新型切向式转子进行了机械强度(应力和形变)的分析。样机试验验证该设计的转矩性能以及前述等效计算方法的有效性。In order to simplify the manufacturing process, a spoke-type IPM machine with novel alternate pole magnetic bridges was proposed, of which the corresponding unipolar leakage flux and magnetization of the end shaft could be eliminated by employing a step-staggered rotor. Further, comparison of torque capability was carried out between rotors with conventional and alternate pole magnetic bridges by 2-dimensional (2D) and 3-dimensional (3D) finite element (FE) methods respectively, from which an equivalence was obtained to simplify the performance calculation of the proposed design without the need of 3D FE method during the stage of conceptual design. In addition, the mechanical strength at a high operating speed was investigated, including the mechanical stress and deformation. Prototypes were fabricated and tested to verify the torque capability of the proposed design, as well as the effectiveness of the aforementioned performance equivalence.
