穴位注射孔最穴治疗中小量咯血的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨孔最穴穴位注射在咯血中的临床疗效及应用价值。方法:选取134例中小量咯血患者,随机分为西医综合治疗组、穴位注射酚磺乙胺组、穴位注射注射用水组,西医综合治疗组给予常规综合治疗,穴位注射组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用孔最穴穴位注射,分别注射酚磺乙胺及注射用水,治疗结束后对数据进行盲法评价,比较三组咯血的疗效。结果:与西医综合治疗组相比,穴位注射组有效率显著高于西医综合治疗组(P<0.05)。而穴位注射酚磺乙胺组与穴位注射注射用水组比较两组疗效无显著差异(χ~2=0.553,P=0.457>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用孔最穴穴位注射治疗咯血疗效好,操作简单,患者易接受,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and value of injecting at Kungtsui acupoint for the treatment of hemoptysis. Methods： 134 patients suffered from medium or small amount of hemoptysis were ran- domly divided into three groups： a group given acupoint injection with water, a group treated with integrated western medicine treatment, and a group given aeupoint injection with phenol and iodine. Compared the efficacy of the treatment in the three groups after treatment by blindtasting. Results： Compared witht the integrated west- ern treatment group, the proportion of patients with effective treatment was significantly higher in the acupoint injection group, while there was no significant difference between the two acupuncture point injection groups （x^2 = O. 553, P = 0. 457 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Besides conventional treatment, injection at Kungtsui acupoint could achieve ideal effect, simple operation, so patients are easy to accept. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
