摘　　要：我国地方经济发展过程中经常遇到科技人才短缺、人才培养质量不高、科研氛围不浓厚等问题。高校作为区域经济发展和行业技术进步的主要创新源泉之一,有必要为社会培养科技创新创业人才。科技创新创业人才服务基地建设围绕科技人才引入、人才培养、评估和考核等方面工作,为地方经济建设提供人才与智力支撑。In the course of local economic development in China, there are many problems, such as shortage of science and technology talents, low quality of talent and lack of scientific research. As one of the main innovation sources of regional economic development and industry technical progress, it is necessary to train science and technology innovation entrepreneurship for the soci- ety. Science and technology innovation entrepreneurial talent service base is built around the introduction of science and technology talents, personnel training and assessment, it will provide talent and intellectual support for local economic development.
