摘 要:利用模糊推理对比例-积分-微分控制器(PID控制)参数进行在线调整,再用粒子群(PSO)优化算法对模糊PID控制器的惯性权重系数进行自适应调整,并对量化因子及控制器参数进行优化后用于木塑复合材料(WPC)挤出机料筒温度控制。结果表明:PSO优化模糊PID控制器,可加快料筒升温速度,减小超调量,缩短调节时间,增强抗干扰能力,有效改善料筒温度的控制效果,生产的WPC板材拉伸强度及生产效率明显提高。Parameters of a proportion-integral-derivative (PID) controller were adjusted online with fuzzy inference and a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm were applied to the fuzzy PID controller to adjust the inertia weight coefficient and optimize quantitative factors and controller parameters. Then the fuzzy PID controller, optimized by the PSO algorithm, was applied to the barrel temperature control of the extruders for wood-plastic composites (WPC). Results showed that the optimized fuzzy PID controller could increase heating rate, reduce overshoot, shorten adjustment time, enhance anti-jamming capability and effectively improve control effects of the barrel temperature. Tensile strength and production efficiency of the WPC panels were improved significantly.
