摘　　要：探寻中国全民阅读的历史,总结归纳全民阅读的现状特点,分析农村基层图书馆在全民阅读和公共文化服务中的地位,通过借鉴国外全民阅读中基层图书馆的典型做法,查找中国农村基层图书馆在开展全民阅读中的不足,并提出推进此项工作的措施。Based on the history and features of China＇ s nationwide reading, this paper analyzed the status of rural library in nationwide reading and public cultural service, and tried to find out the deficiencies in the nationwide reading promotion of rural libraries by drawing lessons from the typical practices of foreign grassroots libraries, and put forward the development measures.
