摘　　要：针对麦吉尔大学图书馆数字参考服务评估报告中采用的评估思路、评估指标、评估方法以及评估结果进行归纳和分析,探讨其设定评估指标的合理性,同时总结和对比国内文献中常见评估指标体系,以期对其它高校图书馆制定质量评价体系提供参考。This paper summarized and evaluated the digital reference service evaluation report of McGill University Library about its evaluation ideas, evaluation indexes, evaluation methods and evaluation results, and discussed the rationality of the evaluation indexes, and summarized and compared the common evaluation indexes in the domestic literature system, so as to provide a reference for developing quality evaluation system.
