摘 要:现代社会中,职业倦怠问题普遍存在,图书馆亦是如此。工作环境、个人因素均是产生职业倦怠的重要原因,从改善工作环境、引导个人心理调适入手,是预防与干预的职业倦怠的主要途径。图书馆需要建立职业倦怠预防与干预机制,保障这项工作长期而有效地进行,杜绝图书馆的职业倦怠现象,使图书馆馆员积极主动地为图书馆事业的健康发展而努力奋斗。In modern society, job burnout has been a common problem, and so is librarian. The working environment and personal factor are important causes to generate job burnout. It is important to prevent and intervene the job burnout from working environment improvement and personal psychological adjustment. The library should also establish job burnout prevention and intervention mechanism, guarantee long-term and effective implementation of the work and put an end to the job burnout phenomenon of librarian, which make the librarians work hard for the healthy development of librarianship actively.
