摘 要:为研究斜板布置对开排沉箱分离性能的影响,以PY5-1B平台开排沉箱为基础建立试验模型,分别对沉箱内油水两相分离性能进行宏观和微观试验研究,分析沉箱内水中含油浓度分布和油滴粒度分布以及油滴在斜板间的流动情况。结果表明:在沉箱内加设斜板能构造静态区,同时增加油滴的停留时间,对油滴有碰撞聚结的作用,可有效提高油水分离和分离更小的油滴;适当增加斜板数量、增大斜板间距和第一块板距入口管口距离可进一步优化开排沉箱分离效率。为开排沉箱的生产和设计提升参考。In order to study the separation performance of the open drain sump caisson influenced by inclined plate arrangement.Experimental model is established based on open drain sump caisson of offshore platform PY5-1B,macro and micro test are made respectively on separation performance of oil and water phases in sump caisson.The concentration distribution and particle size distribution of oil in water flow in sump caisson,and the flowing condition of oil between inclined plates are analyzed.The test results demonstrate that adding inclined plates in sump caisson can structure quiescent flowing region,also increase oil residence time and have collision coalescence effect on oil droplets.And increasing number of inclined plate,spacing of inclined plates and the first plate distance from the nozzle appropriately can optimize the separation efficiency of open drain sump caisson.It provides reference for produce and design of open drain sump caisson.
