摘 要:研究了不同的钙助剂和氧化钙含量对催化剂变换性能的影响。结果表明:不同的钙助剂对催化剂活性的促进作用差别较大,可能与碱性氧化钙和钼酸钙的形成相关。碱性氧化钙对变换活性具有促进作用,而钼酸钙的形成却不利于变换活性。氧化钙含量影响催化剂的活性和甲烷选择性,催化剂的活性随氧化钙含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而甲烷选择性则随着氧化钙含量的增加而略有降低。以硝酸钙为助剂制备的含w(CaO)1.5%的催化剂具有比工业催化剂更高的活性和抗水合稳定性。The effect of different calcium additives and calcium oxide content on the catalyst performance of water gas shift reaction is studied.The results indicate that the promotion effect of different calcium additives on the catalyst activity is quite different,and this is closely related to the formation of calcium oxide and calcium aluminate.The catalyst activity can be promoted by the calcium oxide while restrained by the formation of calcium aluminate.Calcium oxides content influences the catalyst activity and methanes selectivity.With the increase of calcium oxide content,the catalyst activity firstly increases and then decreases,while the methanes selectivity slightly decreases.The catalyst prepared by calcium nitrate with 1.5% CaO presents better activity and hydration-tolerant than industrial catalyst.
