汽提塔出液温度低的原因分析

摘　　要：针对灵谷化工有限公司大化肥分公司二期尿素装置CO_2汽提塔出现的出液温度低、汽提效率下降、低压系统超压、吨尿素氨耗高等问题,分析了其原因,通过排除法排除了本装置内部可能出现的问题,再从整个系统考量,发现是公用系统相连部分的问题,在采取了相应的措施后,尿素装置恢复正常。In view of the problems that the effluent temperature of the CO2 stripping tower of the second urea plant in Linggu Chemical Co.,Ltd.is low,the stripping efficiency is dropping,the over-pressure of the low pressure system and the ammonia consumption of the urea is high,this paper tries to analyze the reason.The internal problems have been eliminated by exclusive method.Considering the entire system,the public part of the system is connected to the problem.The urea device returned to normal after taking appropriate measures.
