古村古镇旅游开发价值评价研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：该文选择湖南省118个古村古镇作为研究对象,在同等衡量标准下挖掘影响旅游体验感的5大因子集合:传统聚落保护等级、自然环境适宜度、民俗文化的丰富性、历史遗留的完整性、交通便利程度。利用GIS手段对其15个小因子使用系统聚类方法进行分类分级处理,最终利用模糊综合层次分析法评估古村古镇潜在旅游开发价值,得出:1)按照湘东、湘南、湘西、湘北、湘中区域划分,无论是数量还是评价总值,湘南和湘西有明显的资源优势,其次是湘中地带,湘东与湘北次之。2)借助自然断裂法将古村古镇划分为四等级标准:优秀、较好、良好、一般。其中优秀的古村古镇中,古镇居多,分布涉及各个区划,大部分集中在湘南地区,其次是湘中地带。湘东、湘北、湘西地区虽然评价值位居前茅,但基本开发成熟,有待深化推进如干岩头村、杨林村、石泉村等湘南地区古村古镇旅游商业发展。With the vigorous development of traditional villages and towns for experiencing tourism,it is a hot topic that develop- ment and evaluation tourism of traditional villages and towns become quantitative.We select 118 traditional villages and towns in Hunan Province as research objects.We found out five factors of experiencing tourism in equal measure： the protection level of traditional settlement, the suitability of natural environment, the richness of folk culture, the history completeness, and transportation convenience degree. We made 15 small factors by using the system clustering method （natural fracture method） to classify classification processing with GIS,and finally the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is used to evaluate the ancient village ancient town tourism development potential value.There are some results that： 1） According to the regions of eastern Hunan,southern Hunan,western Hunan, northern Hunan and central Hunan, there is obvious resource advantage in southern Hunan and western Hunan,both in quantity and in evaluation, followed by central Hunan, eastern Hunan and northern Hunan. 2） The aid of natural fracture method could be divided into four levels： excellent, good, well, general.Among the outstanding traditional villages and towns, the town is mostly distributed in various divisions and most concentrated in southern Hunan, followed by the central region. There are commercialized in Eastern Hunan, northern Hunan and western Hunan, It is worth to promote the commercial tourism development of the ancient villages in the south of Hunan,such as dry rock village,Yang Lin village, Shiquan village, etc.This evaluation system will provide quantitative criteria for tourism development in Hunan Province and favorable technical support for the promotion of Hunan cultural tourism towns as well.
