某铜业公司含铜炉渣选矿试验研究

摘　　要：针对铜陵有色金冠铜业分公司的铜闪速熔炼炉渣进行了选矿试验研究,确定了合适的磨矿细度、捕收剂种类及用量、调整剂种类及用量。试验采用丁黄药与Z-200的混合捕收剂作为硫化铜矿物的浮选捕收剂,在最佳浮选条件下,闭路试验获得铜品位为24.16%,回收率为92.16%的铜精矿,尾矿铜品位为0.20%,选矿指标理想。In allusion to the copper flash smelting slag of Jinguan Copper Corporation, preceding the flotation experimental study and the proper grinding fineness, types and dosages of collectors and regulators were determined through the study. Under the best flotation condition and using the mixed collector of butyl xanthate and Z - 200, the laboratory closed -circuit test can produce a copper concentrate of 24. 16% Cu with a recovery of 92. 16% ,and the grade of copper in flotation tailings is 0. 20%. The ore dressing index is ided.
