摘 要:通过分析连锁商超转型互联网的商业模式,"触电"过程中存在的主要问题,以及互联网条件下实体门店的资源优势等,对连锁商超提出了发展多元化业态,建设本地电商平台,线上线下协同推广自有品牌,全面提升店铺体验价值等经营策略建议。Focusing on how chain supermarkets upgrade into internet business, this paper analyzes the main problems which arise during this process and the advantages of the retail stores in resources. The author proposes some strategic suggestions on the development of chain supermarkets, such as diversifying their business model, constructing the local e-commerce platform, promoting their own brands online and offline, greatly enhancing the purchasing experience in the stores.
