摘  要:随着电网电力需求不断的增大,电力系统的电压稳定能力和动态无功补偿能力显得格外重要。STATCOM在稳态运行时与无功补偿设备协调控制,可以实现母线电压的有效控制和系统的无功补偿。为了实现协调控制,根据STATCOM现有的5种控制模式,借助广域测量系统(WAMS),形成多个STATCOM稳态模式协调控制策略。该策略利用WAMS实测信息灵活切换STATCOM控制模式,且与有载调压变压器配合,实现STATCOM稳态模式与有载调压的协调控制,提升区域电压稳定性。在IEEE39节点测试系统内进行了分析与验证。分析结果表明,该策略能改善区域系统电压过低情况,提高了电网系统的电压稳定性。With the increasing consumption demands for power grid,the capability of voltage stability and dynamic reactive power compensation of power system become particularly important. When the STATCOM( Static Synchronous Compensator) is coordinated with the reactive power compensation device in the steady state operation,the control of the bus voltage and reactive power compensation of the system can be realized. In order to realize the coordinated control,the coordinated control strategy of multi STATCOM steady state mode is formed according to the existing five control modes of STATCOM as well as the use of the wide area measurement system( WAMS). By using the information of WAMS to flexibly switch the STATCOM control mode,the strategy cooperates with the on-load tap changer transformer to realize the coordination control,and improve the voltage stability region as well. Analysis and verification in the IEEE39 node test system is conducted. The results show that the proposed method can improve the voltage stability of the system.
