摘　　要：[目的]探讨颈椎前路手术患者的情绪与生活质量的关系。[方法]通过术前和术后3个月对患者的心理和生活质量的评估。分析情感与生活质量之间的关系,并且结合受试者特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线用于揭示情绪度量的截断分数,以确定不利的生活质量。[结果]手术前测试13%的患者为抑郁症,30%的患者为焦虑症状。术后测试仍然有13%的患者报告抑郁症,38%的患者显示焦虑症状。焦虑症状在术后持续存在,并且发现抑郁症和焦虑是明显的,并且明显影响手术后生活质量的特定结构域。手术前后时间截点的抑郁和/或焦虑水平预测与不利的术后生活质量关系被确立。[结论]本前瞻性研究显示特定的情感因素如:抑郁和焦虑,对手术后患者的生活质量有显著影响。因此,临床医生必须更加重视患者的情绪调节。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between emotion and quality of life （QoL） in patients undergoing anterior cervical spine surgery. [Methods] The patients＇ psychological situation and quality of life were assessed within 3 months pre- and postoperatively. The relationship between emotion and quality of life was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve which was used to reveal the truncated scores of the emotional measures in order to determine the adverse quality of life. [Results] Thirteen percent of the patients were determined as depression before surgery, and 30% of patients were anxious. Postoperatively, 13% of the patients reported depression, 38% of the patients showed anxiety, and anxiety symptoms persisted. Depression and anxiety were found to be significantly influenced the specific domain of QoL after surgery. Predictors of depression and / or anxiety at time points before and after surgery were associated with unfavorable postoperative quality of life. [Conclusion] This prospective study shows that specific emotional faetom such as depression and anxiety have a significant impact on the quality of life of postoperative patients. Therefore, the clinician must pay more attention to patients with emotional regulation.
