摘　　要：做好教育网络舆情分析与监测,研究和处理网络舆情信息具有重要战略意义和现实意义。当前,教育网络舆情具有周期性但快速发现处理难,教育网络舆情监测队伍人数严重不足,教育网络舆情收集技术和管理机制不成熟,教育网络舆情"防火墙"不断受到冲击。各类学校应通过加强教育网络舆情监测与处理典型案例库建设、建设教育网络舆情监测的骨干队伍、优化教育网络新媒体平台的舆情收集和管理方式、加强各类在校学生的网络素养教育等路径积极分析与引导教育网络舆情。It is of strategic and realistic significance to accomplish the education network public opinion analysis and monitoring, to research and process the information of network public opinion. At present, the education network public opinion has periodic features so it is difficult to conduct. At the same time, education network public opinion ＂firewall＂ is constantly impacted because education network public opinion monitoring team is short of persons and education network public opinion collection tech- nique and management mechanism is not mature. All kinds of schools should be to strengthen the construction of education network public opinion monitoriog for dealing with typical case,to construct education network public opinion monitoring team, to optimize the educaion network new meaia platform of public opinion collection and management mode,and to rcinforce the positipe analysis and public opinion guidance for all kinds of students in literacy education.
