黄芪注射液联合骨髓间充质干细胞对心梗模型大鼠在IL-3、IL-6、Caspase-3以及VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪注射液联合骨髓间充质干细胞对心梗模型大鼠在IL-3、IL-6、Caspase-3以及VEGF表达的影响。方法:采用结扎左冠脉法造心梗模型大鼠,造模成功后,干细胞组在心尖部注射骨髓间充质干细胞,黄芪组注射黄芪注射液,以及联合干预大鼠模型,对比各组实验动物在IL-3、IL-6、Caspase-3以及VEGF表达的影响。结果:ELISA检测血清IL-3,正常组较模型组高表达,黄芪组及黄芪联合BMSCs组较模型组表达升高(P<0.05);IL-6检测结果为正常组较模型组低表达,黄芪组以及黄芪联合BMSCs组表达低于模型组(P<0.05);Caspase-3的结果为正常组较模型组低表达,黄芪组以及黄芪联合BMSCs组表达低于模型组(P<0.05);VEGF检测结果,正常组与模型组比较低表达,黄芪组及黄芪联合BMSCs组与模型组比较表达升高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液对心梗模型大鼠IL-3、VEGF促进表达作用较突出,黄芪注射液联合BMSCs在Caspase-3、IL-6抑制表达作用较明显。Objective：To compare the effects of Astragalus injection combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the expression of VEGF,IL-6 ,Caspase-3 and IL-3 in rats with myocardial infarction. Methods. Model rats were induced by ligation of the left coronary artery,Stem cell group in the apical injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, Huangqi Injection with Huangqi injection group,and combined intervention rat model of experimental animal groups were compared in IL-3, IL-6, Caspase-3 and VEGF expression influence. Resnlts： Astragalus injection on myocardial infarction model rats in IL-3, VEGF to promote the expression of more prominent, astragalus injection combined with Caspase-3 in BMSCs, IL-6 inhibitory effect is obvious. Conclusion.
