不同护理方式在维持性血液透析患者中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:对比不同护理方式在维持性血液透析患者中的效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院进行血液透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组予以加强护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后血红蛋白、血清前白蛋白及血白蛋白水平、血压异常变化率、内瘘闭塞率、住院率、护理满意程度情况。结果:与干预前相比,干预后患者血红蛋白、血清前白蛋白及血白蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组患者血红蛋白、血清前白蛋白及血白蛋白水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血压异常变化率、内瘘闭塞率、住院率较低,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在维持性血液透析患者中实施加强护理干预,能够显著提高患者的护理满意程度,下调患者血压异常率、内瘘闭塞率、住院率,改善预后。Objective：To compare the effect of different nursing methods in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method：120 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention.After the intervention,the hemoglobin,serum prealbumin,serum albumin level,the change rate of abnormal blood pressure,fistula occlusion rate,hospitalization rate and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result：Compared with the indexes before intervention,the hemoglobin,serum albumin and serum albumin level were increased after the intervention,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;compared with the control group,the hemoglobin,serum albumin and serum albumin level of the experimental group were higher,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The change of abnormal blood pressure,fistula occlusion rate,hospitalization rate of the experimental group were lower,nursing satisfaction was higher,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care,reduce the rate of abnormal blood pressure,fistula occlusion rate,hospitalization rate,improve the prognosis.
