品管圈在改善药库药品供应短缺中的应用

摘　　要：目的:改善药库药品供应短缺,保证临床药品供应。方法:成立品管圈,确立"改善药库药品供应短缺"为活动主题,按品管圈十大步骤实施质量环(PDCA)循环活动,并评估该活动效果。结果:(1)有形成果:药库药品供应短缺由实施前平均每周期18次降至8次,目标达成率111.1%;(2)无形结果:使品管圈成员学习了多种品管手法,增强了圈员的责任感和积极性。结论:开展品管圈活动可以改善药品供应短缺,值得推广应用。Objective：To improve the supply of drugs in the pharmacy store so that drugs are readily available for clinical departments.Method：The quality control circle was established with the theme of ＂improving drug shortages supplement＂.The activities of PDCA circulation was implemented according to ten steps of the quality control circles.And the effects were evaluated.Result：（1）Tangible results：the shortages of drug supply in the pharmacy store happened 8 times per cycle,while it was 18 times per cycle before the measures were taken.The goal achievement ratio was 111.1%.（2）Intangible results：the members of quality control circle learned many management methods,and reinforced the responsibility and improved enthusiasm.Conclusion：Drug shortage supplement can be better by carrying out the activity of quality control circle, which is worth promoting the application.
