摘 要:随着新能源渗透率的日益提高,我国部分地区电网出现了严重的弃风弃光现象,传统火电机组运行排放大量污染物严重影响生态环境,制约可持续发展战略。从环境效益的角度对电网的风-光消纳能力进行优化,可以促进发电成本的降低,提高新能源发电消纳能力以及显著减少污染物的排放量。本文建立了以发电经济成本、新能源消纳量和污染物排放量为目标函数的多目标优化调度模型,通过定义目标隶属度函数将目标问题模糊化,采用最大化满意度指标法将所构建的多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题。算例结果表明:本文提出的多目标模糊优化调度模型,能够统筹兼顾发电成本的经济性、新能源消纳量和污染物排放量的环境效益,为电力节能减排和可持续发展战略提供借鉴和参考。With the increasing penetrating of new energy, power grid encounters a serious problem of wind-photovoltaic power curtailment in some areas of China. The conventional thermal power units that emit large amount of pollutants seriously affect the ecological environment and restrict the sustainable development strategy. In view of environ- ment benefits, optimizing the capacity of wind-photovoltaic power accommodation can not only reduce power generation cost, but also improve the accommodation capacity of new energy and significantly reduce pollutants emissions. In this paper, a multi-objective optimal dispatching model is built by taking the economic cost of power generation, new energy accommodation and pollutant emissions as the objective function, in which each objective function is fuzzified through defining objective membership function, and the multi-objective optimization problem is transferred into a single objective nonlinear programming problem by means of maximizing satisfaction index technique. Computation resuits show that the multi-objective fuzzy optimal dispatching model can balance {he generation cost, new energy accom-modation and environmental benefits of pollutant emissions, which will be the reference for energy saving and emission reduction, and sustainable development strategy.
