摘 要:将全双工通信融入认知无线电网络,不仅能提高频谱效率,而且利用通信节点具有的全双工能力,认知用户在利用主用户授权频谱执行数据传输的同时感知主用户的活跃状态,及时退出主用户工作信道,还能降低对主用户造成的干扰。将主用户ON/OFF模型与全双工传输帧合并建立认知无线电网络传输特征模型。采用能量检测算法执行频谱感知,分析了残留自干扰对检测概率和虚警概率的影响,导出了全双工模式下认知用户的传输中断概率和平均碰撞时间。采用仿真分析对比了半双工和全双工模式下的频谱检测性能以及认知用户传输中断概率和平均碰撞时间随信噪比和发送时长的变化。Taking full-duplex( FD) communication into cognitive wireless networks can improve the efficiency of spectrum. Because of the full-duplex operation,secondary users( SUs) can sense the activity of primary users while communicating in authorized spectrum. Meanwhile, SUs can terminate transmission when primary users become active so that the interference to PUs can be reduced. At first,a system model of cognitive wireless network is given out. Then the transmission model of cognitive wireless networks is established by combining the ON/OFF model of PU with the FD frame structure. The energy detection algorithm is adopted for spectrum sensing. Detection and false alarm probabilities are analyzed in the presence of residual self-interference. The outage probability and average collision time of cognitive users in HD and FD modes are derived,respectively. Numerical results show the detection performance of the considered spectrum sensing algorithm as well as the outage probability and average collision time versus signal-to-noise ratio and transmission period.
