摘 要:在全面深化改革、落实立德树人、加快推进教育现代化的形势下,学校德育改革和实践迫切需要确立以下四种意识,即坚定的使命感和责任意识,学校德育效果、改革改进成果的取得,需要改革者和行动者保持自身的定力、坚韧不拔的意志力和一以贯之的行动力;文化方向的选择和价值反思意识,需要从坚持正确的政治方向和文化自信中明确要到哪里去;现实的校情和学情意识,把对校情学情全面综合梳理、分析作为学校德育改革的切入点和突破口;专业的路径和方案意识,以大德育观和专业的方案意识去规划实施有效的德育目标。Against the backdrop of the expanded in-depth reform agenda,the implementation of moral education,and the acceleration of modernization of education,there is a pressing need to cultivate four kinds of awareness in the reform and practice of moral education in schools,which includes the staunch sense of mission and responsibility,i.e.,the effect of school moral education and the improvement of reform requiring the reformers and practitioners to maintain their anchoring force,perseverant willpower and constant motivation;awareness of the cultural orientation and value reflection,i.e.,being doubtless about the destination with the adherence to the correct political direction and cultural self-confidence;awareness of the actual situation of school and learning,i.e.,regarding the comprehensive analysis of the situation as the entry point and breakthrough of school moral reform;awareness of the professional route and project,i.e.,planning and implementing the effective goals of moral education with the generalized concepts of moral education and sense of professional program.
